Ongoing Attemptions to Equate Animals with Humans – DANGEROUS PRECEDENTS BEING SET
Numerous legal attempts are ongoing. No matter how awful or incomprehensible any actions or crimes may be construed against any animal, if animals are somehow legally elevated it will be another brick in the wall of the NWO seeking to degrade humanity for suppression.
It is good that animals and humans are not equated in Law; otherwise, the anti-meat-eat crowd, including Bill Gaytes and ilk, would pretty soon gain traction. Imagine equating Dexter and OJ’s Nicole Brown Simpson.
“…a horrific act of violence perptrated on an animal.” – Judge Keith Meyer
Judge Meyer relished in applying the maximum sentence allowed by law. This is another DANGEROUS PRECEDENT.
Sentence: 364 days + 60 days jail time, plus fees and fines: $500 court costs fee + 100 + 875 + 5000 all as civil judgment liens against Mr Rodriguez.

The legal system has seen several cases where advocates have sought to extend legal personhood or rights to animals, aiming to equate their status with that of humans. Below is a list of notable cases across various states, including the recent case involving “Dexter” the dog:
