1998 Enemy of the State movie as Precursor to 911 – Predictive Programming Masterclass
The 911 Event was thoroughly foreshadowed in this high-budget movie intended to precondition the mindless masses. Analyze and Understand Their Techniques of Mind Control.
Enemy of the State (1998), directed by Tony Scott and starring Will Smith and Gene Hackman, features a storyline involving government surveillance, NSA overreach, and covert operations.
IMDB
Note that there may be some embedded MK, predictive-programming for events and/or trends not yet realized in popular culture. Let’s review the ‘amazing’ foreshadowing of what actually came to pass after this movie began working on the collective mindset of American society and westernized worldwide cultures.
Humanization of Cats and Dogs
This normalied and advanced Animals as Pets and preceded the monumental rise of Petco, Chewy, Paws and that ilk of retailer. Adoption of pets coincided with ongoing decline in American birthrate. This perfectly suited (and furthered) the eugenicidal mass-depopulation long intended by the “elites”.

Cellular Phone Galorica
Practically every character uses cellular phones or other RF communications throughout the film. Instant communications, not incredibly prominent in 1998, was presented prolifically, almost as its own character. 27 years later, there may now be more cellphones than living persons on Earth.

PATRIOT ACT
Italian Mafia
HBO’s THE SOPRANOS premiered 10 Jan 1999

Psychopathic gang leader (nod to Tony Soprano) was echoed. This is an universal archetype reinforced in this film.

Chase scenes in tunnel, storm drains

Burning Buildings

Even the tilt was foreshadowed!

Tracking by Satellite

NSA Monitoring
Echelon, full-spectrum monitoring

DC, Pentagon as Targets

Although the Pentagon is a central figure in the film’s theme—representing the power of the surveillance state—it is not prominently featured as a physical location in extended on-screen scenes.

Even the ‘spinning around’ the Pentagon, as the (supposedly) hijacked plane did according to NTSB official positional tracking data, was foreshadowed in the film.

Pentagon Scenes
- Opening Sequence:
- Government officials and NSA leaders (including Jon Voight’s character, Thomas Reynolds) meet in an upscale D.C. setting. Though not explicitly labeled as the Pentagon, the implication is high-level Defense Department decision-making.
- Satellite Control Rooms:
- Interior shots of NSA monitoring centers and satellite control are shown. These are not the Pentagon but serve as the film’s stand-in for “military-grade surveillance.” The look is inspired by the Pentagon’s technological power but more stylized.
- Deleted/Cut Scenes (Reported or Rumored):
- Some reports and early scripts suggest that longer interior scenes within the Pentagon or discussions between Defense Department officials were shot or considered but ultimately cut for pacing or narrative clarity.
- No officially released deleted scenes focus solely on the Pentagon.
- Exterior Establishing Shots:
- A couple of brief establishing shots of Washington, D.C., may include a distant view of the Pentagon to root the narrative in real geopolitical space, though they are fleeting.

Rogue Killings, Sanctioned “Training” Ops
Over 300 military training ops were later invoked on 11 Sep 2001.

High-speed Police Chases
Airborne surveillance. This reinforced existing archetypes, per O.J. SIMPSON and ilk.
