Baltimore residents are lately clamouring as toxic upper layer of chemtrails fall onto homes, cars as sticky films. This is, in fact, happening all over the USA and it has been doing so unnoticed for decades already. It is part of the multi-faceted geoengineering / depopulation agendae.
For many years, maybe two decades or more, “dark chemtrails” have been reported sometimes being sprayed amidst the standard white chemtrails. It has been proposed that the ‘darktrails‘ were not aerosolized dispersants but instead the toxic payload: blood, excrement, mold, engineered viruses, nano-particulates.

It’s a lie. Chemtrails have severely dropped off due to gov shutdown. The black film-like substance is the biotoxins that had also been sprayed aloft, no filtering down, not attaching to the chemtrail mist / particulates and instead dropping as noticeable film. The longer the shutdown continues the better everyone breathes, begins to notice the warm yellow sunshine, sees the wildlife returning to normal, maybe notices the lichen and air-dropped bugs and mold, blood, feces, vaccines, etc do not collect on trees, windowglass, etc. Another opportunity for wake-up by shock will be when the monster is re-awakened to begin spraying again full-force, suddenly, noticeably.
