Was America established in some part — perhaps majority or even sole — to attract and concentrate the Protestant adherents, allowing a much easier, self-identifying target for the Vatican Jesuits to attack and “extirpate”?
Solar-ray weapons certainly existed in ancient history and were likely carried aboard the airships / balloons and used to blaze cities, settlements, stone, etc. Probably the pestilence (and ability to generate/summon it) also figure into this armory. Certainly mass consciousness is controlled – perhaps previously via bells, incantations, spells, words, grimoires. Sickness would be another measure of control.
Are entire civilizations fostered by the VRCC? Allowed to blossom just to generate whatever fruits might be ultimately plucked by the VRCC before it foments yet another “great reset” that wipes away the civilization, just to begin anew another cycle?
Could recurring human reality be this heinous?
