False Arrests Routine
1. Officer lied about saying she didn’t have her sunglasses on until the other officer pulled up.
2. He told her boss that he told her to count to 30 when he actually said “ok” to her once she hit the count of 20.
3. Cannot believe her bus company fired her before she was proven innocent.
4. Officer also lied when he said he asked her when did she take her percoset and she replied to him twice at 8:30 pm. He told the other officer that she couldn’t remember after asking her the second time.
At no point did she appear under the influence of anything except police corruption.
She cooperated with everything, was polite, forthcoming with every question and the cops still lied and did her wrong like that.
So many times cops come to a decision to arrest someone and then bend whatever facts they need to in order to make that happen.
Never, ever, ever agree to perform these tests. Never tell law enforcement what prescription medications you take.
The problem is Law Enforcement Officers get paid for making DWI/DUI Arrests and not convections. They don’t care if the person is charged or not. They only care about how many people they can arrest.
