Maryland Governor Wes Moore
Maryland Governor Wes Moore is ex-military (and Rhodes scholar, another pedigree hallmark). A comment on a YouTube video that I watched early on in this saga indicated that Wes Moore had been ‘favored’ for governorship (“DEI” Diversity Equity Initiative or something like that) per project militarization, to ensure full-spectrum control of the operation and thereby aid in the effort.
Tangentially but importantly, National Association of Governors is thought to have been a major coordinating body amongst the plandemic when all municipalities essentially followed CDC guidance in lock-step. NAG is funded mostly by Bill and Mel Gates Foundation which is very heavily invested to profiteer by vaccination, medication, etc.
