DALI Escapes
At the Newport News naval shipyard, free from drone press coverage, military personnel who abide chain-of-command (contrast to Baltimore workers without such allegiance) will presumably perform unloading of containers, repairs to hull, bulb and ship.
Suspicion — massive drugs, arms, maybe biohazards aboard — stuff that powers that shouldn’t be would rather not be revealed in public as would be allowed by Baltimore unloading, repair.
